i've seen a lot of anime but don't remember much. haha! anyway, i didn't go through the list, but off the top of my head, i'd rec:
- hunterxhunter (rec-ing it although it's unfinished because i seriously loved hisoka, thus i named my laptops after him :P)
- magic knight - if you haven't seen this, then i don't know where you've been the past decade. joke! other clamp stuff you should see: card captor sakura, chobits, tsubasa chronicles, tokyo babylon, xxxholic, x (a bit violent, but interesting premise)
- bokura ga ita - because this is love!!!
- ouran koukou host club - seriously, pls pls watch if you haven't and marvel at the wonderful anime that ouran is. dibs on tamaki. :P
- full metal alchemist - pure genius. amaaaazing story.
- samurai x - classic. watch all the OVAs too.:P
- nana (because i love angst and this is as angsty as anything can get)
- beck - full moon swayyyyy....
- death note, bleach, slamdunk, prince of tennis, ranma 1/2, yu yu hakusho, sayonara zetsubou sensei, honey and clover, vision of escaflowne
movies: cowboy bebop the movie, 5 centimers per second, toki wo kakeru shoujo, spirited away, howl's moving castle...
crap! i'm sure i'm forgetting a lot! this is gonna be looooong if i go on therefore i will stop now before i lose sleep trying to remember every anime i've watched.
