Xander & Kibum leaving U-KISS

je12_vz09Industry representatives revealed on February 23rd that U-KISS‘ Alexander and Kim Kibum disclosed that they would be leaving the group. As such, the two will not participate in U-KISS’ comeback album.
Alexander was reported to have discussed the issue at length with his agency, and eventually decided to leave for personal reasons; it’s also said that Alexander wanted to pursue his studies.
Kim Kibum will be leaving in order to focus on his character company with his older brother, SS501’s Kim Hyung Joon. Some fans felt that their premonition had come true when they read Kim Kibum’s earlier tweet, which said, “This March, I have news you might not like. But when the time comes, I will tell it like it is.”

Xander has been hinting about this already. the big decision he's about to make, asking for the support of the KissMes even after the decision. i even replied to him and asked if it's about him leaving the group. i wished i was wrong but deep inside, i know it might be true. and indeed, it is. TT Kibum, on the hand, comes as a surprise. although i've known that being in the industry isn't really his first dream, i hoped that whatever he had experienced these past years would change his mind. i was wrong. at the end of the day, he still preferred to be a normal citizen.
i hope KissMes will be understanding and wish both Xander and Kibum goodluck. i hope that their fans won't feel betrayed, or something, with their decision to go on as an individual and to leave U-Kiss behind. one member leaving is painful as it is. but to have two members leaving makes it painful even more.
to Xander & Kibum, my nos. 1 & 2 U-KISS, respectively, i thank you for the wonderful year. i'm truly happy that i've been given the chance to support such kind-hearted & down to earth idols such as you two. i'm truly blessed to have seen you on stage with the rest of your brothers, U-KISS, not once, not twice, but thrice in just a year. i hope someday, i'd get another chance to see you both, standing in one stage, performing, along with Kevin, Eli, Kiseop, Dongho & Soohyun. thank you and goodluck.
to Kevin, Eli, Dongho, Kiseop & Soohyun, i'll forever support you no matter what. i hope that you'll become a stronger group because of this. i'm looking forward for you comeback this March. my heart also goes with you boys. i know that if KissMes are hurting because of Xander & Kibum's departure, it's more than twice for you boys for you have been together since the beginning. you've been through that rough road and supported one another until you reached what you have achieved now. i hope that U-KISS , with five members, will become a much bigger group. goodluck!
