some ramblings here and there
i changed my layout again to purple and green since it's not yuletide anymore. i also changed the banner - back to being KAT-TUN only. i'm planning to update my icons as well soon. i haven't updated them since like forever. too lazy to make my own and don't wanna get in trouble for using someone else's work and not crediting properly. honestly, i still don't know how to credit the icon-makers ala LJ style. i also edited my profile page.
1st week of January... my old Guess watch is now broken. there was sth wrong the lock and i tried fixing it only to break it off from the bracelet. now, the secondary lock is falling off at times making it impossible for me to wear it outside the house because of fear of losing it. i love this watch! it has been my watch for 6years now. i bought it the same day i lost my older Guess watch and now, it has to retire soon. i still have another Guess watch but it's with a leather bracelet and i can't wear watches with leather bracelets 24/7. i must get a new one soon. something with a metal bracelet again since i'm now more accustomed in wearing this kind of watches. the problem is, i don't have money. :( it's really bad when u start your year with no money. it's like a curse of having no money all year round and that's bad. pretty bad!
i finally get to watch the Japanese film Love Letter after having my copy lying in my cd case for more than a year now. thanks to Chrissie for encouraging me to go watch it. although my copy's so fucktard, the video's pausing every now and then while the audio's ongoing making me missed a lot of subtitles to read, that i really wanted to press stop, i managed to finish watching the whole thing. Love Letter = RTP. the film made me think back of what it was like during my highschool days. although i got so confused at the beginning, i like the parts where they were already exchanging letters when one of them was already writing stuffs about the common guy they knew. ah! highschool days - unspoken, unrequited and unknown love. i believe these kinds of love are common during this stage of our lives. love/hate relationship with our classmates/schoolmates is a popular way of expressing ones love towards the other. if you guys wanna feel some lovin', watch this film.
Doulos, the oldest ship still sailing, is here in my country. i'm planning to go there on the 20th with my sister. i wanna check out the books that they're selling on board and hopefully, i'll get to buy even a single one. i really, really want to see this oldest, sailing bookstore in the world. i think it's gonna be fun and exciting. i mean, it's not everyday you get to shop in a bookstore that's been sailing for 93 years already!
my grandparents and aunt's visit next month might be postponed to March. they still need to fix the doctor's appointments of my grandparents. argh! that's a bad news for me since i was already expecting that the whole family on my mom's side would be together on my birthday. goodness! is this what you call getting old?!
i'm seriously running out of space in my HDs. like, seriously. though i have burned a lot already, i still have a lot more to burn. why? because i keep on downloading. i can't seem to stop. my laptop doesn't even have an off day! my youngest brother's already saying that my laptop's already not used in being switched off that it has to be running 24/7. i think i should give it back its one-day off each week. let it rest. let myself rest. let our electricity rest. even for a day.
i still haven't d/l-ed the pilot episode of HYD2. aside from the fact that i cannot accomodate another 1.3GB videofile with my really small space left, it's still unsubbed. don't wanna watch it without subs. i'll just be disappointed for not understanding what the heck they're talking about. there's also Pi and Koki's Bakkyotai! OMFJE!!! no more space!!! and there's Takuya's as well. grrr... i wish someone would give me a 500GB harddrive or more on my birthday next month.
i still haven't watch A LOT of videos that i downloaded and converted to vcd. there's just no time. if only i don't need to sleep to replenish my energy, i think i won't so that i'll get to watch all of them. i need to keep up with the videoclips, jdoramas, kdramas, asian and hollywood films. i haven't even read a book, with serious plot, in more than a year now! i'm so making my brain all stagnant and rusty already.
gotta sleep now. need to wake up in 4 hours to hear mass with the family. it's also our mall day. dinner with my brother and her gf later tonight. i still wanna post about the stuffs i got last xmas and post the bad joke my brother pulled on us the other day but i really need to hit the sack now! maybe later...
