BRO doesn't stand for brother but BROadband. my broadband is down again for the 2nd consecutive weekend and i'm using a snail connection (dial-up). i'm really pissed off at my internet service provider and as much as i wanna change to another one, my uncle's friend told me that as of now, its rival provider, Globe, isn't good as well. Cable internet, though it should be faster than broadband, works only as fast as broadband. plus, whenever there's technical problem with the cable TV, their internet would also be affected. DSL? it's just a bit faster than dial-up and PLDT, the telephone communications company, would only get back to your application after 2 months. ah! that's how efficient they are. so you see people from all over the world, internet in my country SUCKS! like the dial-up connection in the US is faster than the DSL here. REALLY! i'm not kidding at all! 

so to all SMART BRO subscribers that are experiencing problems like me, LET'S VOLT IN!!!

ah! well, we're pretty much on the same both. it's just that private companies here manage their own companies. but of course, you can't deny the possibility of this companies being influenced by either the opposition or gov't.

lucky you. you're one of the few people, or shall i say, the only one from the people i know who has the same ISP as mine, that doesn't really have an issue with SMART BRO.

I feel ur pain. I have Verizon DSL and it is always disconnecting me. I dunno if its my phoneline or what but its really annoying when you have to unplug the modem from everything and reconnect it all over again. And b4 dsl i had Comcast which is worse because not only do u get disconnected alot it also runs alot slower cuz other people are using the same gateway as u r and u get a lot of viruses and spyware.

So anyways everything basically sucks at the moment. I heard that the Fios is good but when ur power goes out they have to come out and restart everything and then they charge u for it like its ur fault.

Kick ur company's butt! And be like "I am not paying for this unless i get service!" hehe

ah! yeah, i know. i'm planning not to pay this coming month. or maybe just half of it 'coz i'm only half satisfied. let's see. so far, after the 2nd time that a technician was sent, the connection was sucky and bitchy for only 2 nights. so hopefully, this week, it won't get any sucky.
