still on Xander & Kibum's case

I'm back and writing again another entry about Kibum and Xander withdrawing from U-KISS. It's a very tough day for all of us who love U-KISS . We're not ready to hear all of this news but it was announced already that they'll have a comeback with 2 new members. This morning NHM released a statement about the 2 boys leaving but they said that they're in the stage of accepting trainees who are willing to be part of the new U-KISS. Then this late afternoon another statement was released and it says there that there are 2 new members already and they're practicing with the 5 boys who were left behind. I don't want to hate NHM since Kiseop is still with them but I think I'm changing my mind with regards to how they treat the boys. How come they didn't announce it earlier that they made Kibum leave the group because they wanted to replace him with a new member? No wonder Kibum is still upset up to now because of what they did to him. They didn't give him justice and kicked him out for some unexplainable reason. In Xander's case he hasn't released any statement regarding his withdrawal from U-KISS but it says on NHM's statement that he's still under their company it's just that he'll not work with U-KISS. Lots of questions are coming out now on my mind. I think it's not really Xander who they want to leave the group but someone else. Xander compromised with NHM because he doesn't want to make that person feel really sad. Me and my unnie made our own conclusion that aside from Kibum, Kiseop might be the other target for contract termination. Base on the previous individual activities of U-KISS, it was only Kibum and Kiseop who don't have shows. I mean Kiseop has Real School but he doesn't have that much airtime, he's always at the background. Like in his previous show Ulzzang Shidae 2, I believe that he left the show not because of U-KISS activities but because nobody likes him to be there. I hope that this is just a speculation of mine and not the real reason behind Xander's withdrawal from U-KISS."
this was supposed to be just a comment on my sister's entry but it turned out to be like an lj entry.
nah, not a speculation but true. i wished Xander knew of that termination thing before Kibum had it signed. i'm sure that he would fight even for Kibum's position in the group. he was born like that. no wonder he's bagot on his last tweet regarding him going w/ Eli & Kevin. he said that if the fans would wanna know why he's not coming, go ask the company! i'd like to see U-KISS to become even bigger. but with the lost of Xander & Kibum, i'm not sure if they'll survive that long when Korea's 'retention span' is very short. KAT-TUN suffered a lot when Jin went on a hiatus only after a few months since their debut. they really lost a lot of fans, not Jin fans alone. they even gain lots of haters, most of all Kame. with Jin's comeback, those that they have lost didn't all come back with Jin. the damage has been done and they continued to suffer. yes, KAT-TUN is big in Japan. but they were much bigger before their debut. the only difference with Johnny & Nam Hee is that Johnny tries to see the weak & strong points of the member. he's big in Japan so luck for Johnny's boys, he can make demands on networks. i haven't heard of any Johnny's being kicked out. before their debut, he sees to it that they'll sell. otherwise, they'll remain juniors. this is the weak point of K-Pop. they accept trainees and they remain as one for as long as the company wants until they think that they can be sold for public consumption. with Johnny's, he trains them since they are kids and arms them with what he thinks they need to survive the industry. even before debuting, he exposes them by making them perform for their seniors. by the time they debut, they are already ripe to hold concerts on big venues. in our term, K-Pop is hinog sa pilit while Johnny's is hinog sa tamang panahon. the way i see it, Namhee weighed them as to who brings him money the least. he forgot that when U-KISS was six, their popularity was so-so. something was lacking, apart from the lack of right strategy to market the boys. kumabaga, the uso is to sell skinny jeans, Namhee tried to sell elephant pants. with Kiseop's addition to the group, the something that was lacking was somewhat filled-up. there's the really good dynamics amongst the members and it shows whenever the boys perform or being interviewed. Kibum, just by being Hyung Jun's brother, contributed a lot in making U-KISS known. he was once a shadow of his brother but then was given the chance by a company he trusted to get out of the shadow only to be dropped and pushed back to the dead marshes. so yeah, Kibum has every right to feel bad to the highest level towards the company. as for Xander, i believe he learned Kibum's situation later that's why he was only able to salvage one member, which we both suspect to be Kiseop. i believe that with Xander agreeing to still be affiliated with NHM despite of leaving U-KISS, he ensures that NHM won't be able to kick Kiseop's ass regardless of whether they still like him or not. i also believe that Xander's the only member who could really do this not because he's the only one who has the biggest heart amongst the members but because he is the eldest and has the most matured way of thinking, despite of being so playful and being childlike on and off screen. he has the most courage to turn his back on this glamorous lifestyle of being an idol. Eli & Kevin are actually kids. they're not even in their twenties if you don't follow the stupid Korean-age system. Dongho's a baby, as what Kibum said during the PH con. Soohyun has a lot to lose amongst them all since he had been working his ass off even before under JYP. so even if he doesn't wanna see Kibum being cut-off, he's not confident enough, just like Xander, to walk away from this business since it was really his passion to be in the music industry. Kiseop is a different matter. he's the one that badly needs saving and Xander knows that. they all knew that but i believe that the hands of the other four were tied unlike Xander. that's why Kiseop hasn't been around twitter for days now. he wants to be happy that he's still in U-KISS but then again he feels so sad that it is at the expense of Xander. too bad that U-KISS hasn't been around for 5 years, at the least, or they could've pulled off another SS501 stunt. Namhee truly failed in recognizing Kibum's talent as a composer. he's blind to not even see how great of a dancer Kiseop is. he only has eyes for those who brings him lots of money. Kiseop was a new member once and NHM failed in introducing him and make him be known by the public. just like DSP, poor marketing. he should've attended a crash course under Johnny Kitagawa. when one is lost, it can never be replaced. you would have to do with what was left and deal with it. a replacement's value won't much an original one. no matter how more beautiful or more expensive it is. the damage has been done and it will forever haunt the ones left behind, no matter how much it isn't their fault. i wanna hate NHM much but i can't. after all, it is still responsible for gathering these seven wonderful boys under one banner. i hope that the remaining five members will make it even bigger. and that there would come a time that they're the ones who would drop NHM like a garbage. after all, their company doesn't value loyalty, trust, and respect. i think most talent companies are like this. that's why i hate companies and the politics surrounding it. i just hope that Kiseop will work even harder to make himself marketable. with his pretty face, killer dance skills, and waiting to be heard singing voice, he has more to offer. as for Xander, i actually don't know what overseas projects NHM has to offer him. i hope he continues his study and become a much bigger person that he already is. as for Kibum, i also wish he'll finish university and become a prosecutor or something has to do w/ protecting the rights of those in the entertainment business. in that way, he would be able to prevent another NHM-stunt. as for Soohyun, Kevin, Eli & Dongho, i hope they'll persevere even more for Kibum & Xander. and as for the new members, goodluck. i hope they are prepared to ingest endless bashing. and as for KissMes around the world, please, please, have an open mind in taking all these bombs. bite it. chew it. then swallow it. slowly. until everything inside your mouth has gone down your stomach. you'll poop it in a few days and you'll be ready to eat once again. do not bite it then swallow it fast. indigestion comes when you do not chew your food properly. it brings about irritation and hate towards the food you've just eaten. remember that idols are not just idols, if you talk about Korean or Japanese idols. they are first and foremost, company employees, that can be fired by their employers whether they like it or not. i just hope that the law in their respective countries can protect them against this harsh treatmen. after all, you cannot fire someone just because you don't like the way he looks. or walks. there always has to be a valid reason. otherwise, it is just another case of injustice.
forgive me if my ideas are everywhere. yes, i'm still harboring some ill-feeling towards Jin leaving KAT-TUN and SS501 deciding to sign-up on different agencies. ftr, i don't worship Johnny like he has the best managing company ever 'coz trust me, he does not. i'm merely comparing how he handles a talent before and after debuting as oppose to Korea's way of doing things. Johnny also, but of course, is after his boys' ability to bring him money. the good thing about Johnny, he has a wicked way of making his boys a hot commodity in the market. with that, i'll sleep the night off and hope that Xander will tweet tomorrow that he's back from Xanderland and that not even Namhee could stop him from tweeting away with KissMes. i'm already anticipating the news of Kibum being on a new group debuting in a few months or so. i won't be surprise if he's gonna be under the same company as Hyung Jun. i actually would love them to be under the same management.
btw, i'm having this entry of mine available for everyone to read. hahaha
