U-KISS Manila Concert, Part 4 : Last Set
2010-Sep-07, Tuesday 12:02it took me a few more days to post this last part. i'm glad that i finally was able to put everything up. super delayed but that's fine. one more entry about the con after this but that's gonna be all pics. no lengthy narration of the events during the con.
~ Part 4 ~
the boys moved to the back stage for As Long As You Love Me. again, Kiseop wasn't included in the routine. i've seen them perform this song 2x already so i know they pretty much can sing this song without a sweat. anyhow, it still earned lotsa lotsa screams from the crowd. after all, it's an english song w/c everyone knows. by heart.
short talk again afterwards. Xander thanked everyone who came to see the concert. he even mentioned about coming back to the country and it's not because of halo-halo, ginataan, in which Kibum interjected and said mango a few times. Kevin then said that it's because of us, Pinoy fans. Xander then intro the next song, End of the Road by Boyz II Men.
i failed to hear Xander introduce the next song during the concert so i was surprise to hear Boyz II Men's End of the Road's intro. who doesn't love Boyz II Men, right? they haven't sing this song in any of their gatherings so i was very much touched that they practiced another English song just for us. and man, amidst all the crying/almost crying/giving out flowers, they sung this song with bravoness! the blending was really good, the pronunciation (for the non-English speaking members) was great. Soohyun's voice was amazing and powerful. Kibum showcased that he has a very good voice that shouldn't be ignored.
Kevin cracked 'coz he started crying after the first chorus. even Eli, Kiseop & Dongho had their one-line parts. (though i didn't notice when Eli sung his.) Dongho sung his part like it's a very meaningful song for him. Kiseop was shy but he's also got a nice voice (if only he'll be given a chance to sing more parts.) only Xander didn't sing any part though he did the 'speaking parts' along with Eli. i wish Xander will have more confidence in singing solo even if it's just a single line.
while singing End of the Road, the boys handed roses to the crowd. lucky me, i got 2! one from Kibum and the other from Xander. i was at the front stage when the boys where handing/throwing roses. my target was to get a rose from Xander, which i thought i wouldn't. my spot was in front of Kiseop & Kibum, and though Xander did go to that area, i wasn't lucky (at first) when he threw some. i kept on screaming for Kiseop's name but this guy, really, he just picked the girls who would get roses from him. plus, much of his roses were stolen by Kibum.
thanks to him, i got my first rose. i got the 2nd to the last rose he threw from that bunch of roses that he stole from Kiseop. i actually got the rose part while another girl got the stalk. haha good thing i got hold of the top part or i would've get the stalk instead. i was already happy to get a rose from Kibum. i immediately kept it inside my bag since i was still taking videos. i don't wanna lose it.
so many things happened during End of the Road. Kevin cried. Xander was teary-eyed. Dongo was so cute, comforting and hugging Kevin. he even kissed him on the cheek. Kibum was the first one to make a comforting gesture towards Kevin when he started crying. Dongho and Eli threw their baskets, in which one gay fan got hold of Eli's. he was so happy getting it. Soohyun's voice didn't waver though he forgot to sung one of his parts, in which Kibum did. the song was a little over 5-min but it felt short. time really is short when you're having fun.
there was a very short talk after End of the Road and before the next song. then they went back to the back stage for the next song. all their backdancers came out while the intro for Without You started playing. i really love this song and for them to perform it, ahh~ i was truly glad. the dance steps are cute; different from MMHN and BB but not like Not Young or I Like You.
at this point, Xander was still holding a rose and before they walked back to the front stage, he went to the right side of the front stage, where i was, and threw it to the crowd.
damn, i was so lucky to get it! there were a lot of fangirls there, eager to get it but i was able to grab the entire rose while in midair. my night's complete! mission accomplished! finally got a rose my fave U-KISS boy Ssandeo!
the choreo for the chorus part is even cuter. the 'Oh~ oh~ oh~ oh~' part has an archery-themed choreo, which is extremely cute most of all that the first 'Oh~' part was by Dongho. they gave him the center stage and do the archery thing. i truly love this song! Without You + archery = L.O.V.E. (archery is very close to my heart since i'm a Green Archer, a graduate from De La Salle University.) the boys were having so much fun performing this song. afterall, it's almost the end of the show. yeah, this part was more like an encore already. towards teh end of the song, they all walked back towards the back stage. btw, there was another Kemaru moment during this song.
another lively and fun song came afterwards, O.K. confetti started to drop and the boys were picked some of it and threw over at each other's head. middle of first stanza, they walked towards the front stage again, then Kiseop sung his part, which garnered a lot of screams from the fans. just like Without You, O.K has also cute choreo, esp. the chorus part.
Kiseop also has lines here and the members emphasized his parts whenever it comes. they also gave him the center stage at one point where he showed some moves. ok, this boy, really has a very flexible body. i hope everyone's paying attention to how he dances everytime they perform 'coz even if he doesn't have solo parts, he sees to it that he dances pretty well. after Kiseop, Kibum came next but instead of showing some dance moves, he did a 'cat' pose. i don't know what happened but he was holding his chest area afterwards but laughing at the same time. they went back at the back stage before the song ended. they all went at the backstage afterwards. btw, another Kemaru moment in this song.
the boys came out of the stage after a few seconds. only Xander & Kevin still had their 2nd top on. Eli, Kibum, Dongho, Kiseop and Soohyun were all wearing only their white sandos. Xander was singing, 'We're back back back...', a line from their song O.K. he said something else but i totally can't hear it clearly. then he said that they had so much fun and that they really love us. then Kevin asked if we love them and of course we said yes. he thanked us in return. then Xander asked if we enjoyed the night. of course everyone screamed yes. he asked again how much and everyone made Araneta move once more by screaming to the highest level. Kevin then said that if we love the concert, we should scream at the top of our lungs. at this point, Soohyun collapsed. Xander said, 'Can you feel his heartbeat,' which is also a line from a 2PM's song. he then rescucitated him w/ the help of TripleK - Kiseop, Kibum and Kevin - while Dongho just stood there, watching his hyungs. Kevin said, 'Soohyun died.' Eli answered, 'Soohyun turned into a pigeon!' well, i didn't hear him said this during the con. i knew he said something but i totally failed in hearing it clearly. i guess only a few people heared him clearly since there was little, almost no response from the crowd. i think he felt embrrassed afterwards. then Kevin said that they're sad that it's the last song of the concert but don't worry 'coz they'll be back. Xander added that they'll be back with their new single. Kevin added that they'll do so after their activities in Korea. Xander thanked everyone once more even though their concert got delayed, in which Kevin said that it's ok since we all had so much fun. Xander then started to intro the last song for the concert, the one that brought them to the Philippines. intro for Man Man Ha Ni started to play. btw, while Kevin and Xander take turns in talking, the other members stood there, making cute gestures and stuff. i can't remember whether Eli said something. if he did, i failed to hear it.
they walked to the front stage once again for Man Man Ha Ni. while the others sing, the other members danced a bit, did some more fanservice - shaking hands with some fans, waving to them. Eli was only halfway his rap part when Bingeul Bingeul started playing. Kibum danced alone while the other walked back towards the back stage. Eli joined him for a bit. at one part of Bingeul Bingeul, Soohyun's top was slightly pulled up by Kevin.
Soohyun pulled Kibum's top after his solo. Kiseop pulled his while turning. the boys were just having fun on stage, teasing each other while dancing and singing to Bingeul Bingeul. ahh~ it was the final song already. on Xander's rap part, he had his arm on Soohyun's and were very close. i hardly see these two show some love so it was nice to see it for real.
after the song, all their backdancers came out on the stage again. Xander introduced their choreographer and the two noonas who garnered a lot of murderous fangirls. they made four bows - at the front stage, middle stage left and right side, and back stage where all the U-KISS member kneeled down. it's actually the lowest bow that Koreans and Japanese do to show their sincerest gratitude or apologies. the members bow while thanking everyone. Soohyun even said, 'Salamat po.'
concert ended at 11PM. my sis, cousin and i hang out at the venue for a few more minutes before heading out. we had dinner while waiting for my brother and his gf.
U-KISS were great and this was just their first major solo concert! not only they were awesome with singing and dancing, they were also great in connecting with their fans. having members who speak fluent english helps. even more, Xander, Kevin and Eli knew how to get the crowd involve. and though the other members can't speak fluent english, they participated to the best that they can. fanservice was amazing! i'm sure that as the boys mature together, do more shows and concerts together, they will improve so much more. anyways, they're still young, both in age and as entertainers.
Xander, Soohyun, Kibum, Kiseop, Eli, Kevin and Dongho, congratulations on the success of your first major solo concert. i wish you guys a lot more success both as U-KISS (the group) and as an individual in the crazy K-Pop entertainment world. i hope you guys will grow older together as one. i know groups don't last forever but i do hope you guys will outlast the other K-Pop groups who had attained success in the field.

yay! finally!!! really tried to get everything posted before their 3rd visit on 9/11.
U-KISS Manila Concert, Part 3 : Give It to Me, Mworago & MC
2010-Sep-02, Thursday 12:09there was an intermission after the parody. when they came out again after (prolly) 10min., they were all in white, the one they wore at Party Pilipinas, only this time, all clothes were decorated.
Give It to Me was the next song, another old song. Kiseop's not included, which made my sister piped-down a bit but didn't stop from cheering the other members. the chorus part of the song is really catchy and very easy to remember. 'twas fun to see it for the first time since they didn't perform this one during their visit last March. i wish they had more time to practice and include Kiseop in the routine, just like the other older songs. but nonetheless, the song still put everyone screaming.
Mworago followed. and honestly, i've been waiting for them to sing/dance this song since i've only seen them perform this a few times when they did their short promo for it in Korea. good thing i was in front of the speaker. i heard Kiseop say, 'To the left, to the, to the left, left... To the right, to the, to the right, right...' yep! he wasn't lipsynching at all. finally, he got some lines to sing on stage for real. on the other hand, it's sad that Kibum doesn't have any parts at all in this song. but i paid attention to his dancing since he pretty much had a few mistakes with timing on the first few times they performed this song live. he did a-ok, which made me smile. the dance steps for Mworago were really fast, like they're not stopping at all. i wish i can see them dance this song on a top view. i bet they're just as snappy & sharp as they were in Man Man Ha Ni & Bingeul Bingeul.
MC followed. it was a long MC but it didn't feel like one during the con. they walked towards the front stage and lined up. Eli at the leftmost (from the viewers' point of view) then Xander, Kevin, Dongho, Kiseop, Kibum & Soohyun. at this point, i moved against towards the front stage. luckily, i got a really good spot, a few feet away from them; Kiseop & Kibummie were in front of me. i was switching between taking pictures and video, whichever's more ok to do. i decided to just take videos after a few shots since my hands weren't cooperating; it's becoming unsteady already.
> they had the fans do the 'U-KISS' / 'Kiss-Me' chant again.
> Xander said something about the music being so loud, something about their voices, and something about the crowd. then he asked the crowd if there are any question we would like to ask them, to know them better and such.
> Xander asked Kevin if he's dating Kibummie. he started by saying, 'Hey HoneyVin', which made the crowd scream louder than ever. then Kevin said if he can answer by going to one of the members. Eli, re-phrased the question and said, 'Pick the person that you love the most,'. Kevin thought for a while and then run towards Kibum and hugged him so hard that it seemed like he almost jumped towards Kibum. Kibummie had a shock facial expression but hugged Kevin back. he was pushed a few steps back when Kevin hugged him. they were looking at each other so close that their faces were only a few inches apart. they moved their faces in such that they're like gonna kiss. but no, they didn't. they let go of each other then Kiseop went to them. Kibum then 'kicked' Kevin away. i was so close that i saw this part so clearly. i failed to video this one. my cam was on picture mode and somehow, i forgot to switch to video mode. i just stood there and watched as Kevin made his move on Kibum. talking about Kemaru love!
Kevin went to Xander afterwards and said he was just kidding, and that he also loves Xander, and that he's sorry. but Xander was walking backwards, away from Kevin, hurt by what he did. ALVIN love! Eli then said, 'Love triangle'. Xander then said that it's only a joke, and that Kevin's straight, likes girls, and always talks about Filipino fans.
btw, Xander mentioned the name of, nvm, when he asked Kevin if he's dating Kibum. this one i didn't hear during the con. my sis just told me afterwards. caught it on several fanvids i've seen.
> Maknae's aegyo. Dongho spoke in english and asked the fans, 'Do you know Girls Generation's Gee?' Oh? Sing it for me, ok?' then he danced while the fans sing. i wasn't singing. i admit, i don't know the sing since i'm not a fan of GG. Dongho was so cute in a very childlike way! i really wanna bring him back home and make him eat everything he wants. Kevin admitted then that Dongho's the cutest amongst U-KISS. Dongho said 'Thank You'. yes, maknae understands little english.
> Soohyun's power vocal display. he sung a part of Whitney Houston's I'll Always Love You while Kibum was at his back doing some hand thing. Soohyun's voice is really very nice. he went on to do the high pitch part but did it as a joke, which was cute of him.
> Abs display. Kiseop was the first one to flash his abs after Xander said that he received e-mails about wanting to see Kiseop's abs. Kiseop seemed shy but not at all. fans started to chant his name. he removed his outer top first and stopped. funny how the other members go near him and take a peek first. Kevin then whispered something to his ear and he slowly pulled up his top to show his abs. then everyone counted 1-3 before he pulled his top. yes, Kiseoppie has nice abs. he's thin but muscular.
the crowd went on screaming Kibum's name afterwards. all members went to Kibum and started to strip him. haha Kibum did funny movements & pose. i think Kibum kinda misunderstand what the crowd wanted to see since Kevin said to Kibum that the fans want to see his abs. he & Xander even pointed out his tummy after he asked, 'Ass'. then everyone counted 1-3 again and he flashed his abs to everyone. wow! nice abs as well though he's thinner than Kiseop, who looked at his again and seemed intimidated. Kibum even went on dancing while Kevin tried to cover his abs. btw, when the members were trying to strip Kibum, Xander sung 2 lines from a Pussy Cat doll song, i believe. (this one i heard when i was replaying the video i took myself.)
everyone chanted Eli's name after. Kiseop went to him but he ran away, obviously he didn't want to show his tummy. he just displayed his biceps instead, which are really nice. Kiseop shows his as well. haha
Kiseop started chanting Dongho's name after. the crowd followed him but Soohyun took Dongho's hand as if trying to hide him behin his back. Soohyun-hyung very protective of maknae-Donghoya. Dongho then pointed to Kiseop and gestured that Kiseop's crazy. Kibum even said, 'Dongho's a baby!' Kiseop said something, which i totally didn't understand even if i replay it over and over again, then laughed.
Kevin's name was chanted next and protective Xander said, 'Don't bully him.' both of them kinda agreed to do the abs-flashing thing together. Kevin asked if we know Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, which luckily i did. ALVIN started dancing but Xander stopped halfway. Kevin continued, pulling up his top but stopped after a few seconds of flashing it. he seemed embarrassed of what he did. Xander's facial expression was so cute. he actually didn't believe that Kevin would indeed flash his. then he said, 'I know you guys so my abs in Star King.' yes, Xander, we already saw it in Star King, nothing to be embarrassed about. from another fancam, Xander's tummy was actually seen.
the crowd screamed for Soohyun's name after. i think Xander was trying to say something but then again he heard the crowd screaming his name. Kiseop screamed along with the fans. Xander went to him and said that Soohyun's rooming with him and so he's been eating halo-halo, adobo, ginataan, while Dongho was demonstrating that because of eating, he's tummy's becoming big. Kevin said something, which i roughly understand as, 'And guess what. He sleeps with his pants off.' nonetheless, Soohyun showed his abs, which made everyone scream again.

U-KISS Manila Concert, Part 2 : Solo & Girl Group Perf.

U-KISS got off the stage after the short MC (after Bingeul Bingeul). their solos were up next. the LCD wasn't turned on right away, leaving a minute of silence. when it lit up once again, a short video of Kevin doing some dance moves was shown. he was still sporting a shorter hair on the vid. i realized that they had filmed the intro videos even before their original concert date was cancelled.
apart from having an angelic voice, Kevin's also a good dancer.
Finally & Say Goodbye, only here in the Philippines! a lot of fangirls wanna 'murder' noona-dancer
with all those intimate moves she & Kevin did. Kevin was so convincing with his moves.
another song started to play immediately after Finally. i admit, i don't know the second song that Kevin sung since i haven't listened to the radio in like a decade already and i hardly watch MTV channel. so yeah, not familiar but the beat was music to my ears. much more when Kevin started singing. it's an english song, which later i looked up to be one of Chris Brown's song, SAY GOODBYE. the choreography was simple and yet Kevin surprised me with his execution. yes! Kevin finally proved to me, and probably to most of the fans, that he's indeed a guy! we all know how always seems to act girly esp. around the other members and so seeing him dancing intimately with a girl convinced me that Kevin is a boy with a pretty face, who likes to act like a girl.
Kevin's performance was just over 3-minutes long. he left the stage via the stairs on the right side and entered the black curtain under the stage.
LCD was again turned on and a video of Soohyun was played; Dongho's followed. i was already expecting that they're gonna do something together.

Soohyun came out after the videos ended. he was wearing a black pants and a silk, white long-sleeved polo. intro of BECAUSE OF YOU by Keith Martin started to play. he said 'I Love You' just before he started to sing. his diction's good, as if he speaks english, and his voice was really that powerful. it would really make you stop, look and listen. everyone fell silent, at least for the most part of his song. everyone listened carefully and sung along with him. afterall, it's a slow & familiar song. Soohyun nailed the song without a sweat!
Because of You <KM> & Because of You <Ne-Yo>. Dongho was so cute, I wanna take him back home.
lights off after and then another song started to play. Dongho came out from the left stairs of the front stage he was wearing a denim and a shirt w/ a vest over it. he was still wearing his tiara. OMONA! Maknae rapped in english!!! yes, i know that it's in english 'coz i know for a fact that the song he was singing was Ne-Yo's BECAUSE OF YOU. though i was having a hard time hearing his rap even if i was beside the speakers, i picked-up a few of the words, which he pronounced ok. at this point, i was crazy to follow Dongho to get a closer shot of him. too bad i failed to shake his hand 'coz he didn't bend enough for me to reach his hand. my sister, on the other hand, was lucky enough to shake hands with him. he left the stage via the right stairs. he slowed down afterwards and before he entered the black curtain, he shook hands w/ a few fans, including my sister who was standing near the entrance of the black curtain. she said that Dongho was so nice that he didn't let go of her hand until she let go of his first. he was also in full smile, which made him look cute even more. btw, his voice cracked when he said, 'Scream'. lol sign of puberty... our boy's growing up so fast! my sister said that Dongho prolly didn't have much time to practice a full solo song. i agree. nonetheless, his performance was still really good. not to mention, the conversation good pronunciation.
that longsleeve shirt of Soohyun looks like PJs. i wonder if their stylist intended that.
Soohyun appeared at the back of the stage, where he also performed KM's Because of You. he continue the song after Dongho finished the rap parts. he's still wearing the same clothes but this time, he had a fedora. my sister said that their stylist threw it at him. as expected, Soohyun finished the song w/o exerting much effort. he was also able to show that his voice is not limited to slow, emo songs but also can do rap/r&b genre. i was singing along, but not so loud since i was still videoing. Soohyun really has this power to make everyone quiet whenever he sings. his voice is just so beautiful, it's a pity to scream at the same time. Soohyun, Mr.Power Vocal indeed!
Soohyun remained on the stage but moved to the front part. then intro song from their Conti Ukiss was played. if you've seen their BKK performance before travel ban was in effect, you'll know what i'm saying. he displayed how good of a dancer he is. Soohyun, not just with a powerful voice but also with excellent dancing skills; a total performer!

it took my sis and i a lot of poundering before we concluded that Kiseop's pj was that of a puppy. during the concert, it was pretty hard to know for sure what animal pj he was wearing 'coz he hardly put on the headdress. he also had this short, green thingy hanging at the top button of his pjs, which later i told my sis to be creature. Eli looked so damn good on his pj, though i hate the animal he chose. the color yellow & headdress made him so cute. i didn't see much of Kibum but he also looked cute and comfy in it, just like Kiseop. these three boys were stupidly cute in their pjs. they even made cute faces and cute gestures/movements. the performance was just stupidly cute. lucky for me, my sis & cousins, we're at the VIP area, we totally enjoyed this part. i think it didn't have that same effect if you're on the other sections. the boys also had 4 other people dressed in animal costumes. my cousin said that they're also U-KISS members since she saw Xander when he tried to take-off the head of his costume. i saw one fancam which had this part and yeah, it was Xander on the pig costume. we were guessing that Kevin's on the dog since Kibum played with the doggie the most, Soohyun on the cow costume & Dongho on the tiger. but i can't say it for sure. it could've been the dancers afterall.
if our assumption is right the ones onstage fr L-R are - Eli, Kiseop, Soohyun, Kevin, Dongho, Kibum & Xander.

they're indeed hot! Kibum was already trying to take his top off even at the very beginning of their performance.
i wish Eli also wore a sleeved-less top.
btw, Kibum asked the audience, 'Was it hot?', as he left the stage. i think only a few heard it. most were still on high seeing them taking their tops off. i think it's really good that they showed the contrast - being stupidly, cutesy boys to being gorgeous & sexy young men. Stupid Cupid & Sexy Back performances both showed that sides of these three boys. and yeah Kibum, that was frickin' hot!!!
oh yes, ALEXANDER the GREAT!
Xander's intro video played shortly after. intro for PUMP IT started to play and Xander came out from the left side of the stage. he was wearing a gray Rolling Stones shirt, which i really like, and a checkered shorts, with leggings/warmer underneath. he had a huge cross hanging on his chest. OMG! Xander really knows how to pump up the audience even more by singing a Black Eyed Peas song! Xander's so love by everyone and singing a BEP song, made us love him even more. i've never seen him performed solo in any shows they did before but he did it for the first time, here in the Philippines! he's not a strong singer, and he admits that, but he sung Pump It just fine.
forgive my very LQ capping of this part, Xander looked like a ghost.
then he greeted everyone 'Hello' when he finished. he was already at the center of the front stage; he took a sit afterwards. he did a short solo MC about his surname, Eusebio, and how people keep on asking him if he has any Filipino blood. here's his short convo about his lineage.
"Daddy, where does Eusebio surname come from?"

i hope that's clear for all the fangirls out there who're still confuse with what he said. again, Xander doesn't have any Filipino blood but he has Spanish blood, which is common for (most) all Filipinos. his great grandfather was from here but it didn't mean that he's a Filipino. if you guys know your Philippine History, you should know that a lot of Spaniards were living here during their occupation. and since he was talking about his great grandfather and not grandfather, i'm guessing that his GGF had been living here during the latter part of 1800's. Spain 'turned over' the Philippines to the US in 1898. again, i'm supposing that his GFF prolly left the country around the same time. but one thing's for sure, Xander & us Pinoys have something in common. and that is we all have Spanish blood in us.

Yes, Xander is my bebot! It should be kelot but since he sung bebot, i'll call him by that slang word.
then he continued and said that he learned this Tagalog song but he might have some mistakes so he wanted the crowd to help/join him. BEBOT's intro started; everyone screamed at the top of their lungs. Xander definitely knows what would make the crowd crazy w/o taking his clothes off. honestly, i hardly heard any words except for the obvious ones but watching several fancams, i must say, Xander would've passed just like any other Filipino singers with his pronunciation of Tagalog words. though there were words that he forgot, maybe because the words were too longto remember, it was still fine. well, more than fine. he was great! Eli also came out at the beginning of the song. he was wearing a blue shirt that totally complemented his white skin, which made him more gorgeous than he already was. he left before Bebot even ended. Xander even said, 'Salamat po sa inyong suporta', at the end.
Xander was so adorable, cute, pretty, gorgeous, handsome & manly all at the same time. his solo part was the longest, which i think was expected. it doesn't matter if he's your favorite or not, everyone just love Alexander as if he is their favorite! his charisma & charm were overwhelming that it's hard to say 'no' to him, as an individual and a performer. and the fact that he exerted more than the effort they all need to in learning a Tagalog song for the crowd is a ++++++++++++++++++++! who wouldn't like an idol who sings in your native language, right? so yeah, his part is my favorite! he's my bias afterall!
the boys really prepared for their solos and i am very much thankful about that. while polishing the other songs that they have been performing for countless times already, they also practiced hard for their solos. i truly understood Xander when he felt so bad when their original concert date was postponed. learning a song in a language you don't speak in such a short period of time isn't easy. it takes a lot of effort and patience. the idea of performing solo songs in english was truly great! i know that we would still appreciate it even if they sung something in Hangul but the appreciation is more than just twice because the language they used is one that we understand. solo performances were simply amazing! they were only seen here in the Philippines!
after their solos, i was thinking that another round of group songs will follow. i was wrong. dead wrong.

ABRACADABRA by Brown Eyed Girls started playing. i immediately saw Kibum since he was at the middle. Eli & Soohyun were on each of his sides. OMKB! his Abracadabra moves was simply too cute & sexy to miss! he definitely moved his 'hips' like a pro! even Soohyun & Eli who are much meatier & muscular did the move with the same sexiness. yes! i find them, rather guys, sexier than the original ones. no offense to the fans of the girl group. they were all in a very simple costumes - black pants, black sando & a tiny bolero. afterwards, they moved towards the front stage and Wonder Girls' NOBODY started playing. of course, i know this song! i've known this song long before it became a big hit in the country. (my bro used to fancy them and them alone. he doesn't anymore.) same with Abracadabra, Kibum took almost all my attention once again. it's one thing to watch it on videoclips & fancams and seeing it for real, right in front of your eyes is definetly another thing. Wonder Girls is ok (as far as i am concerned), and though they are cute whenever they dance/sing this song, i still find Kibum, Eli & Soohyun way sexier in dancing the same song. Kibum & Soohyun did the singing parts while Eli did the rap then the song ended. the boys left the stage and i know that the remaining 4 was up.

GEE started playing and the crowd went crazy. again for the nth time. i don't fancy any Korean girl group. heck! i don't fancy any girl group at all for that matter! but i like Gee. perhaps even more than Nobody (if only the latter wasn't turned into jologs) so i was so glad that the boys picked this as the third song. well, i kinda expected it since Kevin & Dongho pretty much love dancing to this song. Kevin was in pink pants & white shirt; Xander was in mint green & blue shirt; Kiseop in bright blue pants and yellow shirt; and Dongho in moss green pants & black shirt. Kevin even had his top tied up so that his tummy was showing. Xander did the intro talk and Kiseop was the first one who sung then Dongho followed. Kevin did most of the singing. OMG! they were all cute! Dongho was oozing with too much cuteness dancing to Gee. Kiseop danced like a girl only sexier. Kevin, just like Dongho, was also definitely cute and Jessica-like. Xander was definitely sexy, adorable and very manly. he also said, 'Bye honeys,' at the end of the song. my sis said that Kiseop said, 'Thank you', after Xander. (added the last sentence after my sis posted a comment)

U-KISS Manila Concert, Part 1 : FINALLY

that's literally how i felt after watching U-KISS' 1st Major Concert held last June 14 here in Manila (PH). the boys were just simply amazing! performance level was 200% for each member. they've shown us sides of them i didn't expect. though it's their first major solo concert, they performed as if they had been doing it for ages.
U-KISS concert was worth the wait. though it had been pushed back 2 weeks after the original concert date, it's definitely worth it. i think the boys got more pumped-up 'coz of the delay. i mean, they had been excited since the announcement last March then just a few days before the original date, it was postponed. i recall Xander twitting how upsetting it was to learn that they won't be coming to the PH on that same week. after seeing his solo performances, i totally understand why. i totally get why they were sad to have the concert postponed. they had prepared so much for us, i don't even know where to start.
June 14 was a long day for me. i was up early even if the concert was still later that night. my sis, cousin and i went with my brother and his gf to 3 malls before finally heading to the venue, Araneta Coliseum, which is on the opposite side of where i live. waited in line for 4 hours and another 2 hours inside the concert area. 6 hours is no joke. but for the love of U-KISS, it's like only an hour of waiting. for the record, security at the Araneta were too fickle-minded on how they would want the people to fall in line while waiting. because of their fickle-mindedness, it was a bit chaos when gates opened at 6PM, as far as people from the VIP areas were concern. since our area was a standing room, everyone wanted to get inside as early as possible, which later on turned out to be not so important at all since the VIP area was very much spacious. not because there was not much people but it was really big. although only 3/4 of the total floor area was used and about half of the seats were to be occupied, Araneta was still huge.
the concert was opened by a bunch of girls who danced to U-KISS' Bingeul Bingeul and Mworago. won't elaborate more since there's really nothing special with their performance, individually and as a group. the stage went dark again when they finished. a countdown video started to play on the LCD. it was the boys! well, Eli mostly. there was the beach, tall buildings, beautiful sunshine and some flowers. Man Man Ha Ni Instrumental started to play as the 7 boys were shown, walking forward, full of confidence. at the same time, U-KISS members entered the stage one by one (with some back-up dancers) and went to their designated position for the 1st song of the night. everyone was screaming, of course, since the time the LCD turned on for the countdown. loudest scream when the song began to play - ♪♪ U-KISS & Brave Sound~ You know~ It's Brave~ ♪♪ . you know the rest of the lyrics.
U-KISS opened the concert with MAN MAN HA NI. goodness, gracious! can they be any more gorgeous?! i felt like i was seeing them for the first time instead of the third time! they were wearing an all-black, light-materialed costumes, which was a relief on my part. i can't help but feel bad for them the last time they were here 'coz they were wearing thick clothing back then. clothes like that won't just work on a tropical country such as PH. their (butt-lenght) coats were simply decorated, only with gold trimmings. 3 of them had 2 more pieces of clothes inside the coat while the other 4 only had 1. this i learned later on when they took off their coats after 2 songs.

- DONGHO was so cute! he had a tiara and his make-up made him look like a girl but not girly at all; made me wanna bring Dongho home and make him my youngest brother. i would definitely spoil him. i noticed also that he lost some weight; his cheeks weren't as pronounced as before.
- KISEOP's blonde hair was fixed differently from the usual flat style; made him look even more handsome than he already is. he has smokey eye make-up which he pulled-off so great. he also lost weight by the looks of his cheeks.
- KIBUM's more handsome than the last time i saw him. his hair was styled better than before and the color complimented his complexion so well. he even dyed his eyebrows! like Dongho & Kiseop, he also lost weight. his built seemed smaller than before. heavy make-up on his eyes, which made it harder to know if he's looking at you or someone else.
- KEVIN was still the prettiest angel amongst them. i totally love the way his hair was clipped similarly to his MMHN PV look. my sister said he had very thick foundation/concealer, which i didn't notice much. he had similar eye make-up with that of Kibum. he didn't lose nor gain weight; he still look the same, only a lot prettier.
- SOOHYUN pulled-off the grayish haircolor pretty well. it added up to his manly look. so glad that he chose to dye his hair as oppose to the one he sported last March. the style was also nice. he lost weight just like the rest of them but he didn't look thin at all. he looked just about right, muscles with meat. he didn't have heavy make-up; just about right, but he did have a silver maskara.
- ELI, this guy would just leave you speechless. i mean, i was again staring at him for a few seconds (just like before) when i finally saw him when he's about to do the rap parts of MMHN. he's sporting a very black and very short hair as oppose to a dyed one from before. his hair was styled in such that his eyes were emphasized so much that you wouldn't wanna take your eyes off of him. he's was damn gorgeous! like most of them, he lost weight. significantly! very much evident when you see his cheeks. he still has the muscles but with lesser meat this time. he had the same smokey make-up with that of Kiseop, which makes his eyes overly noticeable. again, my sister said he had thich foundation/concealer like Kevin.
- XANDER, my fave U-KISS boy and the last one i saw when they rotated for MMHN. if you think he would look girly with long hair, think again. he was more manly looking with long hair than having short one. he was also pretty, like Kevin, when i saw him last March but he's prettier this time in a more masculine way. i didn't notice if he was wearing the sparkly contacts that makes his eyes twinkle but i'm definitely sure he had heavy eye make-up as well and silver maskara. like Kevin, he didn't seem like he lost nor gain weight.

Man Man Ha Ni's my most favorite song of U-KISS. although i knew them before they released this single, i really didn't pay them much attention. not because they don't have talent or anything but because they look so young that i try to avoid them. their youngest, Dongho, is only half my age, while their oldest, Xander, has the same age as my youngest brother. the range of their age falls on the ages of my cousins. it didn't feel right to fangirl little boys a year ago. but when MMHN PV was released late last year, the boys had certainly turned into young men. they really are NOT YOUNG anymore! at least with make-up and such. the music, the choreography, the looks, everything worked perfectly. good thing the company decided to package them differently. though they are really still young compared with most of the Korean boybands nowadays, MMHN made them appear grown-ups. and with the addition of Kiseop, who's an excellent dancer, i'm glad that they finally made it to the Korean scene.
i seriously wanna go up the stage and throw the speakers away. 'twas annoyingly blocking my view.
there was a very short greeting before the 2nd song, TALK TO ME, a little mellow than MMHN but still lively. they released this song before Kiseop joined the group. when they performed this during their mall shows before, Kiseop was not included in the routine, although he knows the steps. my sis and i were hoping that he'll be included when they performed this on the concert. and they didn't fail us. Kiseop was in the routine. he knew the steps by heart, just like the rest of the members. Talk to Me may not be manly but it is cutesy. not overly cute but cute enough to show another side of them. the 'hand step' for 'Talk' is very easy to remember. i like most the part where they move from left to right as a group. it is very good to look at how they execute these parts. after Kevin's solo before the last chorus, they walked towards the front stage, where they finished. i stayed put where i was and filmed their backs. i stopped recording when they started to greet everyone and introduced themselves.

it was very hard to hear what they were saying even if i was already in front of the huge speaker. the screaming was just too loud that the entire coliseum was shaking. it really didn't matter that there were empty seats. what mattered was that we equalled the screaming whenever the coliseum was full. that's how powerful and energized we all were. just like the boys. nways, i might be mistaken with what Soohyun said. i already searched for the clearest audio that i can find and that's what i heard. same thing with Kiseop's last line. but i believe he did say 'B-bye', since i heard someone said that word during the con, i just didn't know who. pretty hard to catch everything they said. i think i only caught a word or two of what each of the member said during the concert. fangirls were crazily screaming at everything they say. they (not we 'coz i really wanna hear them and so i wasn't screaming all the time) didn't pipe-down to at least breath and let the boys greet us without competing with the loud cheers.
the boys took off their coats after telling everyone that it was so hot. of course everyone screamed. and at this point, i decided to move to take videos from the front stage. Kibum, finally, was free of the coat and was wearing only a vest, which was 1 or 2 buttons away from being totally open. Soohyun was also wearing a vest but not as open as Kibum's. Kiseop had a lacey-type of vest with a bolero. Eli also had only a single piece under the coat, which was very much fitting unto his body. all 4 have really nice arm muscles - Eli and Soohyun have bigger arms than Kiseop and Kibum. Kibum's so thin though. his ribs were very much noticeable underneath his skin; it's as if he's got no more meat at all. Kiseop was also thin but not as alarming as Kibum. Soohyun and Eli look fine. on the other hand, Kevin, Dongho and Xander all had 2 more pieces. Kevin had a see-through longsleeved shirt under a vest, while Dongho was wearing a silver sando and a see-through cardigan on top. Xander had a black shirt underneath with a see-through sleeves and another coat with short sleeves. actually, i'm not so sure if Xander had 2 or 3 more pieces of clothes under the long coat. ohwell~
i always think that Kibum's shoulders look awkward whenever he does that step. i failed to check it during the con.

3rd song was I LIKE YOU, another cutesy song from their cutesy days. it's another upbeat song which they released before Kiseop became a member. and since this is another cutesy song, it has lots of cutesy steps and formations. not much on going around while dancing real fast. steps were fairly easy and cute. fave part was whenever they make the train formation. they're just too cute to be holding unto the others shoulders while dancing. i also like it whenever they form one line. Kiseop's included again in the dance even if it was before he joined. he was always at the center whenever they form a line.
the boys have grown-up to be more good-looking, except for Dongho who's still a cute maknae.
4th song was NOT YOUNG. they went back to the back stage for this song. i think my sis flailed so much seeing Kiseop with them performing this song. this is U-KISS' debut song. though Kiseop wasn't a member yet, he had a cameo on the PV. perhaps you didn't recognize him since he was on only for a few seconds. although Not Young isn't as upbeat at I Like You or Talk to Me, it is still a very lively song. i think this is the the cutest song, with the cutest steps, they have since it's their first one. funny how Eli tried to cover his armpit when he raised his arm while saying, 'We're all grown-up'. well, they really are grown-ups now, except for Dongho, as oppose to when they filmed the PV for this song. they have matured already, though still young looking.
Kevin & Soohyun's powerful voices weren't much showcased in this song, just like in their other cutesy ones. when it was Eli and Xander's rap parts while the other 5 remained at the backstage. i was gonna video Eli and Xander but since i'll just be getting their backs, i decided to just focus on the remaining 5. i was annoyed with the LCD at the back. it made the video so dark since the colors being shown were too colorful and bright. i tried to focus each member but all i got were their shadows. Eli and Xander went back and joined the group at the backstage after the rap parts. the ending pose had Kiseop at the center. Xander pointed him out after the song ended and said, 'Our new member'.
ok, weird caps i made. i was trying to make caps that would have everyone. i did actually, only they look awkward.
5th song, BINGEUL BINGEUL. their new manly song after MMHN. what can i say more. 5th song and the boys were still as energetic as they were when they did MMHN. Bingeul Bingeul's an addictive song. if MMH is very catchy, BB has this tendency to sound better and better each time you hear it. much more if you see the boys perform it and see for real the crazy and tiring dance steps. the moves were absolutely a 100% turn from all the cutesy ones they used to do. many people call BB as MMHN2 - the sound, the dance moves - they may sound alike since they were penned by the same composer/s but the dance steps for BB, i think, are a lot more tiring than MMHN. they just move so much in BB. i always flail whenever they do the head thingie. i just can't do it. i can move my head back and forth but not from left to right. absolutely love this step. not to mention, Soohyun & Kevin's voices were showcased. not much with Kibum since he's got only a few lines. Eli still get to do the rap parts along with Xander and Dongho. not a single line for Kiseop but hey, he totally nailed the dance moves with no effort. i hope he'll get lines though in the future. same with Kibum and Dongho. Xander and Eli totally rule the rap parts.
great set list for the first part of the show. they sandwiched the cutesy ones in between the manly songs. solo performances came next.

haha i went (again) to the last mall show of U-KISS last Sunday with my sister and 2 cousins. OMG! the venue's frickin' far from where we live! it's on the other end of the metro area! thank God that there's the MRT to depend on. but the walking, major killer! not to mention the stairs that we had to climb to reach the venue of the show.
we planned to buy the cd again just to see 'em upclose one more time before they leave but unfortunately, we didn't make the cut so we decided just to find a nice spot to watch the show. we should've just settled in watching the show to begin with. we could've avoided 'stupid viewers' if only we didn't ask for more than we already had last MM show. (but i won't rant about it since it's a complete waste of space in my entry!)
U-Kiss arrived an hour earlier than they did during the 1st show. same line-up of songs but they opened the show with Man Man Ha Ni and ended it with Bingeul Bingeul. they also did Talk to Me & I Like You without Ki Seop. and instead of singing As Long As You Love Me with some fans, they did the dance routine, again without Ki Seop. something was up with him when he went backstage after MMHN. he must've suffocated and/or dehydrated or something. nothing really serious since he was able to come back, bringing water for the rest of the members. lol Dong Ho's adorableness is immeasurable! he even wiped the water he spilled while drinking. i suppose most idols would ask someone to wipe it for them. Kevin was wearing skinny jeans, which showed how thin he really is. he was also hyper, more energetic than the MM show. he did some 'sexy dance', in which Dong Ho joined. so cute! i guess the boys were able to get some good rest the night before, as oppose to doing the show directly after they landed in the country a few hours before the show, straight from filming their new MV. Ki Bum & Eli are still handsome & gorgeous as ever. my sis said that Ki Bum's wearing Ki Seop's vest. hahaha! that's what hyungs do with dongsaengs! Soo Hyun stripped off his coat before MMHN. i suppose he cannot stand the heat any longer. Xander's wearing skinny jeans like Kevin and goodness, he's just equally thin! these boys, Xander & Kevin, are just pretty.
i took videos again. from where we watched, you can see how synchronized they are. even the steps where they needed to bend, they are leveled-up. they're just great! they dance really good. i also took some photos, which are mostly good shots. i think KS has an issue with regards me taking his picture. with the many shots that i took with him in it, NONE of them had him looking looking in our direction nor in front. Ki Bum, on the other hand, mostly looked straight towards the audience and so he had better shots than KS. i wish my hand was more stable, i would've been able to take more shots. if only my camera is a professional one, with powerful lenses, my shots would've been great!
after the show, i hang-out at where we were for a few more minutes before going down near the stage to have my sister's present to Ki Seop dropped at the designated box. i was able to take a few good shots of Dong Ho, who was seated at the opposite end of Soo Hyun. when the guard asked me to move, i hanged-out at the backstage, with a few other fans, and waited for them to finish signing up to 900 cds. i decided to do so to take videos before they leave. i was successful in doing so! Kevin left first with Ki Bum. Kevin smiled and waved. this kid's really pretty and cute (different from how cute Dong Ho is). Ki Bum also waved but he had his hand covering his face so my shot wasn't as good as Kevin's. Soo Hyun was next and he just walked as he exited, which was good. Xander came out next, waved and then bowed towards us. he waited for Eli & Ki Seop. Eli went ahead of them and waved. his eyes are damn pretty, it's so hard not to stare at 'em. in other words, Eli's DDG! Xander walked towards the exit with Ki Seop on his tail. too bad KS didn't even wave or anything. he just walked, with his head partially looking down. he didn't even smile. i'm not sure why 'coz my sister said he was all hyper in stage. i guess he was just already tired and ready to take some rest and go back to Korea. Dong Ho exited last. his cheeks were all plumped from chewing something. upon exiting the door of the mini-box where they stayed at the back, he stopped chewing and smiled. he waved both of his hands. he's really an adorable kid. my sis and i wanted to put him in a big sack and bring him home! hahaha...
autograph signing ended at around 6:30PM. the boys headed to the airport to catch their midnight flight back to Korea. we ate dinner afterwards and got home a few hours before midnight. again, it was a very long, tiring walk towards the train station. waited in the shuttle for a long time.

the boys will be back on the 29th of May for a major concert at the Big Dome. aha~ i'm liking U-KISS more and more! ^____________________^
U-KISS is officially the youngest boyband i'm fangirling right now! even younger than my KT boys! whew~
so i went with my sister and cousin at the U-KISS Mall Show today. i admit, i'm not a big fan of the group but i like them, apart from SS501. i listen to their songs, watch their pvs & performances, but i'm not as hardcore as my sis and cousin. nonetheless, i still went since it's already a chance for me to see one of the two Korean boybands that i like, or love in the case of double-S.
we left house at 7:30 AM. luckily, no build-up of traffic in any of the main roads; just minor ones, which were manageable. we got at the venue after an hour, and the mall doesn't open until 10; show starts at 5PM! we ate breakfast so we won't starve while waiting. we didn't know the exact venue so when the mall opened, we ran toward the direction where most of the youngsters were going. we fell in line and got our nos. for the meet/greet/handshake/autograph signing thingie at the end of the show, nos. 74, 75 & 76.
we stood there, inside this (movable) barricade from 11 till the show started at 5. U-KISS arrived at 4:30.
goodness! KI BUM is damn handsome! ang gwapo sobra! he was the first one that i noticed when they were going down the stairs; he was wearing sunglasses. i literally screamed for Ki Bum's name! good thing i was still able to notice the others after being so high upon seeing KB - Eli, Ki Seop, Xander, Dong Ho, Soo Hyun & Kevin (not in order of my liking but in order of when i noticed 'em). i didn't expect that Ki Bum would be that good-looking. i mean, i know he's cute, very similar with his older bro (SS501's Hyung Joon) but i wasn't expecting that i'd be screaming so much upon seeing him. my cousin, though, went crazy since he's her favorite. my sis, on the other hand, screamed for Ki Seop. he was also wearing sunglasses. Kevin even made the trademark (of Koreans) saranghae hand gesture before going inside the tent at the backstage. noticed Eli & Xander 'coz of their hair colors; Ki Seop 'coz of his height; Dong Ho since the crowd (magically) parted somehow to give them room; and Soo Hyun 'coz he was the last one. they were all wearing their casual clothes when they arrived and later changed to their performance costumes.
they came out on stage a few minutes after 5. 'twas frickin' hard to take a good individual, close-up shot due to the endless pushing from the back; not to mention, the guards counter-pushing the barricades, sandwiching us inside. after 1 song and introduction, they stopped the show to put some order. finally! the organizers figured out that the ones pushing weren't us who were in front but the ones at the back. at one point, i literally screamed at the guards using the barricades not to push us backwards since they weren't doing any good and instead hurting us, in front, even more. they should've been instructed to hold the barricades in place and not use them to squeeze us backwards. 'told them i'll sue 'em if i get injured since what they're doing was wrong. the barricade was a block away from the VIP seats when they started to let people buy cds so that they can get inside the guarded area. they filled it down to the last space only to make the space in the VIP area bigger as the show started, sandwiching us inside. money! money! money! they didn't leave any space for the people inside to have some room to move. we were pushed forward, backwards & sideways. i've never experienced watching a show like that. the squeezing, the undisciplined behaviour... oh kids... they're too... hyper! do not know how to behave themselves and still needed to be told to do so!
enough with the ranting.
they sung 5 songs - Bingeul Bingeul, Talk to Me, I Like You, As Long as You Love Me (BSB cover) & Man Man Han Ni. there was a lot of screaming, as expected. i'm not sure if they sung live but i don't think they were, except As Long as You Love Me. i took vids of all the performances, except for I Like You since they were with some fans and most of them just stood there. i noticed that Ki Seop's a really good dancer. there's this one step in Bingeul Bingeul that when i turned to him, he took my attention. haha! my sis is proud that i've noticed it. Xander did most of the talking while Kevin spoke every now and then. Eli, on the other hand, didn't talk much. as expected with the non-English speaking U-KISS boys, they were just quiet, being cute and all. :D
the show lasted for an hour. there was just a few minutes of break afterwards then the meet/greet/handshake/autograph signing part started. i made something for the boys, which i was originally planning to hand over to Xander but decided on the very last minute that i'll just drop it in the box along with other gifts. i should've done my original plan.
Dong Ho was the first to sign. i noticed that he really took time to sign each album with care and seriousness. his cheeks are chubby, makes you wanna pinch 'em. he's cute and adorable like a kid brother. his face is innocent and very childlike. i wish i said something more than 'hi' to him. i think i was a bit nervous that i didn't even understand when he asked for my name, which i finally gave him after he asked twice.
Eli signed next. even from afar, he's very noticeable. his eyes are damn pretty; they seem like smiling, if that's even possible, though he's not. i also noticed that he's much like an American than a Korean when it comes to being outgoing and no hang-ups when socializing with fans. like Ki Bum, he's also frickin' handsome! ang gwapo rin, sobra! damn gorgeous!
Ki Bum came next. just as i was handing my cd to him, my cousin, who's after me in line, screamed his name so loud, as if he's too far away to not hear. i was surprised. much more Ki Bum! he smiled and damn, he's cute when he did. i was planning to say something for his brother but i wasn't sure if he'll be able to understand what i was gonna say for him. so i just ended up looking at him, while he signs my cd and moved on to the next member. ang gwapo talaga!
Ki Seop looked at the piece of paper that i was showing Ki Bum and then said, 'Hi Je!', with full smile. and i was happy. 'twas nice of him to read my name out loud and greet me. i said hi back and smiled. he's also cute but not Dong Ho-cute. he's more manly just like Eli & KB. i hope he put on a little weight, very evident with his cheeks.
Xander was next. while KS was signing my cd, my eyes went to him and i said, 'Hi, Xander!', then wave. he said 'Hi' and waved back. his eyes were sparkling because of his contacts. nonetheless, his eyes are also nice. he's got a small face that can be the face of a girl as well. he's thin but not KS-thin since his built is different from him or KB. his is more like Kevin's.
Kevin was sitted next. while Xander was signing my cd, my eyes went to his direction and i said, 'Kevin, you are very pretty!'. he said 'Thanks' in a very shy way. he's like Japanese-guy pretty and all. he would've been prettier if his hair was Man Man Han Ni-blonde. Xander looked up after i complimented Kevin and he added, 'He looks like a girl, right?'. and i said, 'I know. it's intimidating. he's prettier than me!' and they both smiled. Kevin's also thin but he looks just fine. i guess it's because his cheeks do not give him away. they're a bit plump though he's built is like Xander's.
Soo Hyun was last but definitely not the least. i think he is indeed shy when not performing. or perhaps intimidated since he can't speak English and i was conversing with Xander & Kevin. he signs really fast, opposite of Dong Ho. unlike the other members, no physical feature of him struck me. nevertheless, i was wrong about how he looks like in person. he looks very much Korean, in my opinion, and i noticed that he lost some weight. his used to be plumper cheeks weren't there anymore. plus, his hair style looks good on him.
i shook all their hands with my two hands. only Ki Seop did the same thing and i appreciate it a lot. i can't remember if i shook Kevin's when it was his turn so i asked him again after i shook Soo Hyun's. Eli, Ki Bum & Ki Seop's hands are big; Kevin, Xander & Soo Hyun (i think) are just about the right size. Dong Ho's hand is small. they're all very nice, most of all Xander since he's very sociable. as my mother said, he's very confident that he doesn't shy away, which of course is a plus point. i think i like him the most amongst the members even before i went to the show. i really admire how he can speak so many language. he even delivered his Tagalog introduction like a pro! Eli gives you the 'unreachable' kind of guy feeling if he isn't in the entertainment business. must've been his looks and the factor that he grew up in the US. as oppose to Kevin, who also grew up there. Kevin's shy, different shyness that Soo Hyun gives off. Dong Ho makes you feel that you wanna bring him home and be your kid brother. his adorableness is unexplainable for me. Ki Bum would totally make your jaw drop. Ki Seop likes making cute poses on camera. you can see he's shy and trying his best not to be. Soo Hyun's a good performer. he knows fan-service, which is a very good trait of my JE boys.
'twas a really nice experience since i haven't really attended anything like that before. yes, i've seen my original Asian boyband in a live concert but nothing like a very close encounter such as the one with U-KISS. except maybe with Vanness. 'twas fun, though very much tiring. i hope the one on Sunday won't be as terrible, when it comes to the pushing and all, as the one this Friday. i originally plan to only watch this Friday's show but after that up-close experience with these talented and really nice boys, i wanna come again with my sister & cousinS.
and oh, an important thing, full concert of U-KISS is scheduled on May 29, 2010! i wanna watch and i hope i will (since i also need to save for KAT-TUN's in Taiwan on August).
