AZKALS lost against Kuwait on the 1st leg of the 2nd round of qualifying match for the World Cup. though it was 3-0, i still think that the boys put on a good fight. they've gone a long way since that match against Indonesia in December 2010 and still a long way to reach the top.
goodluck AZKALS on the 2nd leg, home game on the 28th. the country's behind in cheering you. win or lose, the team surely had made history once again by reaching the 2nd round of FIFA Qualifying Matches.
btw, a number of NBA players had been here over the weekend, including Kobe Bryant, who was just here a couple of days before. it's was a nice seen to see that our local professional basketball players became fanboys as they played against their idols, and NBA players becoming fanboys as they asked for Manny Pacquiao's autograph, and even posed for a picture. it's just a win-win situation for everyone over the weekend.
