HBO-Asia had a Lord of the Rings marathon yesterday.
best Saturday ever! ^^
not that i don't have the dvds nor have not seen the films countless times.
it's just that, having it shown on tv still excites me.

watched The Three Musketeers with

marszz this afternoon. i'm really glad i did. almost missed watching it while on theater since my fave movie house didn't have a regular screening of it on its 1st week. good thing that it's still playing on another theater.

plot-wise, it is really shallow. but it's quite entertaining, most all 'His Majesty', and fun in general. it's also nice to watch Orlando Bloom play the villain, although there were really not much scenes of him. it's been a while since i've watched a film with him in it and i definitely, definitely miss seeing him on the big screen. plus, it's a film with the three musketeers! unlike the other film w/ the three musketeers in it, this one's comical. as i've said, very entertaining.

afterwards, we head off to ~~Takuya~~ ^^ Fukuya. had my first okonomiyaki and i like it! thanks Machan for the treat. sis also liked their tori karaage. also liked what i ordered, gyoza. very likely that we're gonna head there and eat again sometime soon.

changed my layout in time for ORLANDO's birthday tomorrow, 01/13.

i've missed Orlando for the past years. i used to fangirl only him and him alone. but for the past 6, turning 7, years, i've been fangirling him less and less. not that i don't like him anymore. it's just that fangirling a no. of Asians, mostly Japanese, is eating most of my time. or rather, all my time. plus, he opted to be away from the mainstream after POTC3. though i've seen candids/papz shots of him, it's good that finally, a real shot of him has been posted a couple of days ago.

this shot was taken at the Sundance Film Festival last January 25 (or was that 26?). i hope to see him more this year and the coming years.

today's my Tito Vedouc and Dee (my youngest bro's gf) birthdays. Happy Birthday to them! may they have many more birthdays to come.
