honestly, i was not surprised. haven't we heard rumors of Pi leaving NEWS a few months ago? and with the lack of activity this year, something must've been up. something's up indeed.

i'm not a really big NEWS fan but i love the group. just not as much as i love KAT-TUN and Kanjani8. still, i'm sad that this happened to NEWS and their fans. this group had been through a lot. like, A LOT! so as their fans. i wasn't there when Uchi got suspended followed by Kusano followed by the group's hiatus. but fortunately, i was there when they finally made their comeback. in that short time of supporting the 6-nin NEWS, i've came to love them as a group. i would surely miss seeing the 6 of them on one stage as NEWS. it would be different and would never be the same when the remaining 4-nin NEWS perform the group songs. i'm sure the new version would be as good as the original but something would always be missed.

i wish the remaining NEWS members ~ TegoMass x KoyaShige ~ goodluck. gambarimasu yo~ same with Yamapi. no question about Ryochan since i've always love him being with Eito. i just hope that Johnny-san won't waste KoyaShige's talents since we all know that TegoMass can already stand on their own.

Yamapi: To be able to work in a group called NEWS, and having fans root for us until now has become a great asset for me. It’s a one person challenge from now on. Ryo: To be able to work as a member in both NEWS and Kanjani8, it’s a valuable experience, I am really thankful to the fans who have been supporting the Nishikido Ryo in NEWS. Because I have been working at both groups, no matter how hard I work, there is always time clashes, when both sides have releases or concerts, there is always difficulty in getting the schedule adjusted, I am really sorry. Therefore this time, I have made a decision like this. I hope that the new NEWS with Koyama, Kato, Masuda and Tegoshi can have great endeavors in the future.

~ Jin first went on hiatus but finally leaving KAT-TUN afterall.
~ SS501 members decided to sign up with different agencies.
~ Wu Chun didn't sign up to continue as a member of Fahrenheit.
~ Alexander Lee Eusebio & Kim Ki Bum were removed by their agency as members of U-KISS.


i think i've matured enough to learn that nothing is permanent most of all in the fandom. even with Johnny's Entertainment where i thought things are more permanent than any other talent agencies in the biz. one thing's for sure though. if you love 'em, i'm sure you'll stick w/ 'em! if you love the member alone, you'd stick with him and totally drop the group. but if you truly love the group and like each member even on varying rates, you'd stick with the group. who says being a fangirl is easy? it is definitely not!
